• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photos and details of the issue

• Keep the item in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Consumables opened or used

• Products without proof of purchase

• Items past the eligible return period

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you by email about approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
